No concern, no empathy, no professionalism. I have never been treated so horribly in my life. He replied I am disabled too and left abruptly. I again asked him to get a wheelchair and told him my wife is disabled. He replied do you have your ID? I told him it was in our room but I had my room key. I asked if he would get her a wheelchair. I explained my wife is disabled and has trouble walking. A couple minutes later another man, the hotel manager, came out and said we couldn't smoke there. Well it was the same outside but he told us we could smoke there so we went outside. A security person stopped us and told us we could not smoke there to go a little further down and we could smoke on the lounge patio. The pool area was empty as it was raining and we decided to pop out there to smoke. We went downstairs about 10 pm to smoke a cigarette. My wife is disabled and being that it was unplanned we did not bring her mobility scooter. It was unplanned and our first time there. We stopped by Graton Hotel casino on the way home from a conference.
